The lantern (
: kynttilälyhty) is an item used for seeing in dark places such as night time. The lantern is confirmed to come to My Winter Car which it can be initially found in the island cottage. [1] It can be turned on by looking at it and pressing F. Unlike the flashlight, the lantern will blow out in one real life minute which the player has to keep lighting it up if he wants to have light. It can also not be blown out before the one minute mark.
