The winter grade oil (
: talviluokan öljy) is an item used to lubricate and fill the Rivett's engine with oil. The difference with the winter grade oil from the regular grade oil is that this type is the main choice of oil for driving. [1] The developer has stated that the type of oil (either regular or winter grade) affects the idle speed of the Rivett. [2]
The oil temperature is separated from the coolant temperature. It is also confirmed that cold oil leads to higher engine wear. [3]
